Their talent acquisition team reached out to me on LinkedIn and were professional, but then every touch contact after that was like pulling teeth with their team. I scheduled a phone call with one of their team members on behalf of the person taking the calls. I was told I'd hear back... I had to chase their team 1-2 weeks after. Then scheduled a zoom interview with HR and someone from operations, overall felt like a good interview, felt more like a conversation with the operations manager, not really an interview. I hadn't heard back from them for 3-3.5 weeks and sent multiple follow up emails after my 2nd interview only to be told that the person that reached out to me on LinkedIn moved to another position in the company and the communication fell through. I didn't even care to follow up and say thank you, I did nothing but chase this company, the least they could do is provide reasonable follow-up expectations with their candidates. Probably the worst interview experience as a candidate I've had in awhile.
