J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez The Salvation Army (Venice, FL) en avr. 2017
Entretien
During the interview the Captain for the area told me about the Salvation Army and job duties for position applied for. I was informed that she liked me and my working background made me very qualified for the job. She stated "the job pays $$" but since I was so qualified she was going to try to get me a little more money if I was interested in the position to which I replied yes. A few days later I heard back from HR who informed me that their corp office said the most they could pay was a little less than I was told during the interview because the job really paid less than $10/hr. The job posting listed the pay betw $10-10.75/hr. When I let the Hr rep know that I was told the position paid $$ during the interview she claimed that I was mistaken and was really told that they were hoping that they could pay that. Since I strongly detest being lied to I did not accept the job. This organization has a tax exempt real estate portfolio in the Tampa Bay FL area valued at $75 million; they could have afforded to pay the amount mentioned during the interview which was not much over $10/hr. Before an interview please browse their website; their history is shown there along with all the charity work the organization is involved in.
