Entretien
Overall it was a conversation. It felt easy to be myself and no judgment. It was a two person interview. There was a lot of interest in character and personality and less about past experience and skills.

Applied on the website. Got a email from them to schedule a phone interview. Did the phone interview it was maybe 4 questions and got hired on the spot. It was very easy.

My interview was with the Director of Social Services. it was a fairly easy interview. The feel was as though I was talking to a supportive person. The organization was religious. The mention of religious views did come up in the interview.
