I had too take an online technical assessment before being called for a phone interview. After passing the technical assessment, I was called by the Director of Infrastructure and Support who talked at me for about an hour. I didn't really get a chance to speak or ask any questions, he was just selling me on working for the company. The next day, I did a Skype interview with the same Director, the owner of the company, and their senior engineer. They gave me another technical assessment, and did some minor role playing for what a typical support call would be like.
