Phone interview is set up with the project manager. Basic qualification and availability questions are asked. Relative experience will be taken into consideration but exceptions may be possible if you have an active clearance.

Entretien
Received a phone call, then had an in-person interview the following week. Was given an offer that same day. The recruiter seemed very helpful and nice, and she seemed genuinely interested in my background. The managing director was intense and seemed unsure about her capabilities to complete a project, and expressed that she was, in essence, hiring me to ease the process.

Q: Tell me about your experience at X company.
Q: I see X on your resume. Can you tell me something you learned from that?
Q: Where else are you interviewing? (and then the recruiter made a negative comment about the company, which I thought was unprofessional and an obvious attempt to try and sway my opinion)
