It took a long while after my first interview with the HR to be called again to continue the process, but after that everything was pretty fast. I did a 1 hour test on hacker rank with two staff engineers watching, than talked to 2 product managers and 1 engineer manager. Than I talked to the director and once more with the HR.

- Coding Screen with 2 engineers - Onsite consisting of: - 2 technical interviews with engineers - 2 cultural talks with QA and PM - in-depth discussion about experiences with engineering manager. Overall, the team was nice, but the recruiting was one of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever encountered. Recruiter missed scheduled calls more than 3 times and tried to pressure a decision the day they extended an offer. When I asked for more than one day to decide, they rescinded the offer until a month later when they said the offer was still available. When asking for more details, they stopped replying to emails entirely. Really made it difficult for me to want to work there.

I was reached out to by an Engineering Manager at The RealReal. They gave a job application link and said to reach out to him with any questions about the company or role.
I responded, saying that I have submitted an application and included three or so very basic questions about the role, to see if this would be worth pursuing. The Eng Manager responded very curtly; only giving a vague answer to my first question and never acknowledged the other basic questions I had.
Roughly a week later, I got an automated email from The RealReal, saying I was required to complete an online coding test, which would take 75 minutes (!!) to complete. At that point I withdrew my app, as there is no point interviewing with a company that expects me to waste over an hour doing busy-work before they even spend 5 minutes introducing themselves or their role. Terrible experience!

Question 1
I was given a link to (presumably) a standard online coding test.
