Was a very quick process. Someone referred me and then I was talking to the hiring manager in a couple of days. I was asked for my overall strategy for the department and then the tactical activities I would do to make the strategy possible.

Had a first round with HR, got positive feedback but she was going on leave so was handed to another person from the team and then ghosted. No response to several follow up emails.

30min Google meet interview with HR , Meet with CTO for 1hr , meet with another Sr Director .
CTO conversation was really good.
Sr.Director seemed great as well.
They explained really well how the business is conducted within TheRealReal.
Recruiter did video call to let me know about the rejection without giving any specific feedback.

Extraordinarily smooth and one of the best overall interview processes I've been through!! 15 min with the recruiter, then 30 min each with 2 team members and the reporting director. Finally, a 15-minute with the team reporting to the position (crucial)!! Everyone at TRR was very informative, gave plenty of time to answer questions, and ensured it was a good fit for BOTH sides. The recruiter was always accessible and kept me informed throughout the entire process. More companies should learn from TRR's hiring process.
