Poor, never a trial shift, always desperate to fill rolls as quick as possible. Informal, will name drop leaving staff and how they worked negatively. Disregarded for professionalism. Very easy to get hired at staff and manager level. No supervisor roles within the company unless in the Cafes (Avoid)

The interviewing process involves all participating staff to be advised a, Don't employ women he's not keen on women managers b, No ethnic groups you know he doesn't want them if possible c, Say wage discussions will take place upon job offer this so although everybody else was told wage structure was flat so we didn't know our colleges were on higher salaries. Avoid like the plague.
