I applied online from an ad at my school's career page for part-time work. Spoke with management on the phone, came down the next day for interview as they were hiring for their holiday season.

I don't remember any particular questions but they basically wanted to see if I was capable of working and presentable to their guests. They also asked if I was willing to work Overtime and Holidays.
