I found the hiring managers email on the company website and sent her my resume. I was emailed back about a week later and asked to come in for an interview. I was offered an internship position about 2 weeks later.

Straight forward interview. Asked about my background and why I wanted to intern there. Also asked what my ultimate career goal is. No curveballs. Showed enthusiasm for the show.
