- 3 rounds of interviews, hr screen, in person, then a final round in person. I spoke with about 6 or 7 different people. Ranging from asset management, acquisitions, credit risk and capital markets

Hr telephone screen, followed by multiple rounds of interviews with people from asset management, acquisitions, debt fund, managers and senior managers. Interviews placed over multiple rounds and days. There was a behavioral assessment and a MS excel exam.

Entretien
No assessment required, just met with each of the departments for a 30-45 minute conversation which was mostly about experience, interests, personality etc. Everyone was very approachable, and they schedule you in about a 3 hour window.
