Entretien
A very long process involving a fair amount of timed skills testing. Even the employees who had temped for the company for some time before taking a permanent job were tested. Also from their experience no special consideration or seniority is given based on time spent as a temporary employee. No matter how long you have been there, you start from day one as a full-time employee as if you had just walked in the door.
There was a lot of waiting and downtime between testing and the human resources department vetting me before getting an interview, then there was no word for some time. The process was still abnormally slow after I received an offer.

Entretien
Very efficient and quick interview process. No unnecessary questions or interviews. Very impressed by the process from start to finish. Not interested in dragging out the interview process to ensure the candidate remains interested.

How do you effectively deal with different personalities?
Interview was very casual. Owner seems to consider an applicants personality vs their various technical skills. There may be many duties as assigned and opportunities for process improvement. Little opportunity for quick growth.
