I was contacted by a recruiter beginning of January 2024. The process consisted of 4 interviews including initial recruiter screening, 1:1 interview, take home assignment code panel review and one additional 1:1 (last interview was end of January). Aside from the excess interviews, I spent quite a few hours on their code assignment. Three weeks since the last interview, and it has been nothing but radio silence. I've sent follow up emails to all three members I interviewed with for updates to ultimately end up being ignored. At the very least, have a little decency for your future candidates and don't ghost them. The least you can do is provide them with an update, whether they get the position or not.

First had a screening interview, then was scheduled for a coding test and second round with technical interview. Questions were fairly easy relating to Wordpress and PHP, and any other technologies used.
