Here at PI we do use our own products! We ask all candidates to take our assesments as a part of the interview process to help us learn more about them and what roles might be the best fit. (Takes less than 15 minutes!)
We share the behavioral assessment results with every candidate.
If a candidate is a strong fit for a role based on their assessments, resume, experience, and a number of other factors, they will be invited to a phone interview. If they are not a fit based on those factors, they will receive an email letting them know.
