Sat down to watch a video from the president of The Perfect Workout about the company with 15+ other people. Did a few push-ups to learn about what the actual workout is and it is extremely effective. Makes sense that the company is growing so much. Lots of information from the Regional Manager and was able to ask questions. Afterwards, there were individual interviews. Very short and easy questions, only about 4 minutes.
Pros: flexible hours, lots of room for growth, energetic and fun environment
Cons: pay (but there are a few other ways to earn more money that the Regional Manager explains)

Online, quick, efficient, and they’re communicative the whole way through. It’s easy to navigate their interview system and they also have an in person interview where you can check out the facility and see if it’s the right fit

When they accept your application you are scheduled to answer three questions that are pre recorded and than asked to submit your answers. The second interview is with the regional manager where they will go over job expectations and wage information.
