A very fun test. It challenged me and opened my eyes to many of the methods by which consultancy can be used to deliver vital public services in a much more affordable way.

Standard consulting interview process. They are great. Big on unconscious bias. Great people. Amazing interview process. No complaints. Make sure to do mental maths beforehand. It can get tricky. But it is fine if u prepare

Entretien
There are 2 rounds of interviews after you've passed the online test. In the first round you have 2 interview with 2 separate people. Each is based on case the person interviewing you has actually worked on. Its a fairly standard case consulting format. Besides that they'll ask some competency and motivation questions.
