I will echo what another reviewer said regarding the overall disrespect to candidates during the interview process with this company. My main issue with the interview process took place during the mock “pitch” of my presentation during the final interview. Up until then, there were some odd things, but others have covered them in the reviews. During the "pitch" the Outloud folks act like the client, and this is where the CEO either thinks he’s an actor/comedian doing a bit or enjoys ripping a candidate’s presentation to shreds (or both) but it was not a good experience. He berated me with questions, and then acted as if he was offended by the looks of one of the influencers I chose and asked a really odd question based on her physical appearance. At that point one of the other Outloud people interjected, and he moved on. Looking back, it was highly inappropriate and did not sit well with me as a female candidate. I don't care if you are "playing a part," let's keep the way a woman looks out of the conversation in 2020, right? Interviews are already inherently stressful. The power balance is already heavily skewed in one direction. It's not ok to take advantage of that, disrespect a candidate's work on a project when you've devoted basically no time to them, and then hide behind saying that you just want to see what someone is like "under pressure." So if you can't tell, I didn't get an offer, and I did not want one. I’m glad to see others calling this company out for how they treat candidates during interviews. I do want to mention that the other two people that I talked to were kind, friendly, welcoming, and were overall much more normal and on par with other experiences I have had in interviews.

It was a long interview process. It started with a short phone call with a partner, then a coffee to discuss experiences and fit, a challenge presented to a panel that also interviewed me, and then a larger team lunch to meet the whole team. Start to finish about 2 months.
