Had a phone call with the recruiter and a week or so later got invited to a series of video interviews. I met with 4-5 people from the team who asked about my experience and how I've handled different situations.

There were a few interviews, one with the hiring manager in NY and the second was a few different interviews with a few employees each. It was a bit intimidating being over video and across from a few new faces in each meeting, but overall was fine.

Horrible interview process. The SAE reached out to me 2 time in a week and always disappeared when I gave my available time slots. A basic 1st round interview tells a lot about the culture of this agency. LAID BACK!LAZY
