it was really easy. had an interview with the manager, assistant manager, and a student manager. They all each asked a question regarding behavior, and what did I know about being manager.
Process went pretty smooth, I believe I did the interview on Zoom since it was during covid, just met with one of the managers and heard back within two weeks.

We had some checklist that we need to do and learn. The checklists are catered to give us a better understanding the jobs as a Student Manager would do and also give us a training.
