Weekend long interview process with faculty meeting and students meetings. A bit draining with all of the different meetings, but very interesting. Included tour of Nationwide children’s hospital. Some aspects were fairly disorganized. But it is mostly student run, so that is to be expected

You apply online, if selected you get an invitation to come to campus in the Winter/Spring When you are there you are interviewed by the program director and 3 to 5 potential mentors
