very short and sweet. A few common questions regarding strength and weaknesses and position at the university with your future Resident Manager, then you were out of there. Everyone was super freindly, not intimidating at all

One quick 30 minute interview. They talk about professionalism, character, and how you respond to crisis or difficult situations. They also give you an overview of the role and the responsibilities associated with the office assistant job in the dorm cluster.

The interview process was fairly simple. It was online through zoom. They asked simple behavioral questions that you would expect in any other interview process. The interviewer was very nice and made the process simple and enjoyable.
