I applied through an online form for the job. They were very quick to call me and offer an interview. My problem was that interviews are conducted in a group setting in front of the storefront window. I thought that was odd, but continued, nonetheless. The two managers conducting the interview were on time and very polite. They asked respectful questions pertaining to the position. When they discovered I was an out-of-state college student, they politely admitted that was an issue and did not waste my time. Overall, the interview was a very good experience even if it did not work out.

Unique process for a retail store. They ask about who you were greeted by at the door, they ask where you want to travel to, and they ask about trips you've done.
