I applied via career site. Was sent a text message asking to sent up a zoom meeting. Lasted about 30 minutes. I was asked to interview in person, but declined due to the fact that ASM’s are paid less than 40k a year and get no PTO of any kind
The interview process took about 4 weeks with multiple interviews. The overall process was not very smooth. They had me reschedule several times, and a few interviews were voice-only. They also contact references. My references said they were asked inappropriate personal questions.
