I had a no-show twice before finally the 3rd time she showed up. It was barely a coherent conversation before I was told 1 week later that other applicants with more experience was chosen. Not a fair assessment if you ask me given I had a 10 min conversation about very high level logistics of the role. It was a poor representation of this organization since she showed up extremely groggy and unprepared. I also noticed, the program managers are of similar age and experience to me so I was confused on the feedback. Nonprofits trying to be “agile” by using a bunch if buzzwords in their job decryption.
