It went quickly, from the cover letter and CV to the interview - seems there was only one round. Via a Skype like video tool I was interviewed by four people, sitting in three different countries (and me a fourth). They were engaging and easy to speak to, knowledgeable about their field. Some following of a script, but with enough detours to avoid a too-stilted conversation. Be warned that loading your CV into their 'tool' is going to take a lot of your time though - it machine reads it and, in my case, messed it all up. You did not have a choice!
