Entretien
In response to a job advert, I submitted a resume and an entertaining (or attempt at) cover letter. Keep it classy, but let your passion shine through. In addition to the resume and cover letter, I filled in an online form. I then had a phone interview with someone from the People team. I then had a phone interview with two members of the team I would possibly be joining. Finally, I was invited for an in-person interview with a few of the members of the team I would be joining and a couple people from the People team.

Entretien
Three separate stages. First stage was a phone call with HR. Second stage was a phone interview with the managers of the team I'd be joining. Third stage was in-person interviews with several more members of the team I'd be joining.
