Got message followed by call from company's internal recruiter on Linkedin. Got phone interview from team manager followed by technical and Sr. Director onsite interview. Recruiter email me after interview and wrote me she heard it went great which I believe it did. Interviewers did not seems to be much technical. I did not get offer coz I felt like they were surprised and bit intimidated by my knowledge. I am assuming that because I did not get any response when I asked for reason for no offer so i can at least understand what went wrong after that great interview. Just sent genaric System generated email. They might have internal candidate selected n might be doing formal processes.
