The interview process was a positive experience. Mosaic asked personal questions and was more concerned about my fit for the company and capacity to grow rather than technical knowledge. Only down side is that no one from the mine I was working at was present for the interview.

Entretien
The interview was brief and friendly. Asked the standard questions no surprises. They said they'd get back to me in two weeks and never did, even after several follow ups. So yeah overall that sucked and was a waste of time. A simple no would have sufficed. Very unprofessional to never respond to a person ever again.
