I was invited for an in person interview after I applied more than 6 months prior. In the interview, both of the supervisors were very unprofessional. The one I was supposed to interview with sat in but did not conduct the interview. She intervened randomly to ask questions that were unimportant. I felt very unwelcome through the whole process.
