As my role was finance based, I had to do a spreadsheet test on pivot tables and V-lookups, and a word processing test, which was quite basic then I went for the interview. The interview was carried out by 2 senior managers one from the income and another from the purchase side. The whole interview took about an hour and a bit, then later that afternoon the recruiter informed me I got the job.

I got asked the basics about my previous experience in accounting, and whether I knew about credit control, spreadsheet experience, sales ledger. How I organized myself, how I dealt with pressure and deadlines, and what did I achieve a successful outcome in a difficult situation and a few others.
