There are a few rounds. First is conversation to discuss your experience. Second round they require you to complete a presentation beforehand and present it during this call. Third is final round with CEO.

They really dragged this out over two months and lead me on, claiming how excited they were about me and how perfect of a fit I would be. However I had to hound them to give me a decision and finally after a two month process with a task (which they praised as the best they had seen) I was not hired.

Describe how you handled working with a difficult client.
First had a phone screening with the hiring manager and was then given an assignment that I had to present on the second interview. I worked an entire weekend on the assignment and practiced my presentation the day leading to the interview. After the second interview, I never heard back after following up and then received an automated “thanks for applying email.” This is so disrespectful after the time I put into this process to not even hear back from the hiring manager. The reviews from previous employees are terrible and now it all makes sense.
