I applied and had a brief phone interview that went well, which led to a second in-person interview that also went smoothly. Afterward, I was assigned a test project, which I completed and submitted two days later. A week later, I followed up, only to find out the test project still hadn't been reviewed. Since then, I’ve received no further communication—not even a rejection—and it’s now been well over a month since the initial interview. I understand if I wasn’t selected for the role, but to receive no response after completing an entire test project feels quite rude and disrespectful of my time.
