Entretien
The interview process is very straight forward. All very easy, basic stuff. The interview is held over zoom and lasts approximately one hour. There were five candidates and one interviewer on my interview.

Question 1
You’re asking to share a little about yourself and what you know about the company. You’re then asked to read two paragraphs and correct any spelling or grammatical mistakes. Finally, you’re asked to write three paragraphs on why you applied for the role, what aspect of the role appeals to you the most and what skills you will bring to the role.

They walk you through the interview process teaching you everything you need to know. They are always helpful and supportive and overall a good part of the process. The induction period is online via zoom or teams.

Entretien
Applied online, and was contacted the following day arranging for an assessment day.
The assessment day is split into three tasks.
1. Rewrite customer feedback to make it sound better, and be more clear. - Make sure you can spell, and are grammatically correct.
2. Answer standard interview questions on the computer.
3. Have a mock telephone interview, using their interview system. Follow the script. In order to see if you can read clearly, and type well.
