Like the other interviews on here, video interview first, got it through a text, yada yada. Not saying a word about this company's validity but unless you love the door-to-door, flagging people down in public places type of telecom sales then this is likely not your place. Their website has a very minimal footprint with no actual proof of their sales or activity with the companies in which they claim to collaborate. Interviewer was a nice person but it seemed like they were trying to sell numbers rather than a position with growth opportunities. Management may want to tell their people to write positive Glassdoor reviews with cons that are actually pros on different days instead of all on the same day next time.

Email had no contact information and the manager didn't have a last name. Wanted me to record myself and send it in. Felt uncomfortable since there are a lot of job scams going around right now.

First I received an email from HR stating they had received my application/resume and gave me a time period to choose from for a "30 minute interview". Problem is I NEVER applied to this company - EVER. Second, I ask for the job description for the position I allegedly applied for and get no response. So against my better judgement I go to the "interview" and arrive 15 minutes early as suggested. The office is REALLY crappy with really REALLY low couches (as if they were built for midgets/kids), chairs strewn about and a general disorganized and unprofessional atmosphere that's located in a VERY old office park. I get a form from the receptionist and proceed to fill it out. It was a crappy copy one could barely read asking what are your strengths/weaknesses, not an actual application. I attach my resume and proceed to wait. Mind you my "interview" slot was for 30 minutes. After a wait that encompassed & surpassed my set interview time, I finally get called back. The interviewer spent 5 minutes telling me about the company then asked the same questions on the crappy form. She never ONCE looked at my resume, talked as if she had said the same spiel over & over again and was extremely impersonal. I asked what position was I being interviewed/considered for and she tells me "Event Coordinator" which "could" possibly pay $60K. I ask about the CSR & Business Assistant positions and she tells me some convoluted, non-response to the actual question BS about everyone wearing different hats and that everyone pitches in to handle assignments/events/projects. The complete opposite of what their job listings state where you could apply/interview for multiple positions since they allegedly badly need people. She also named a few of the companies they supposedly work for yet there are NO company/client testimonials; no examples of past successful projects and no pictures from past completed events that all LEGIT marketing companies have on their walls. After 10 minutes, she tells me that 9 people will be chosen for the 2nd round of "interviews" and will receive a phone call between 3:30 and 5:30pm. Overall, we spent 10-12 minutes together and she showed me out. Just like everyone else who were waiting for their turn. So my 30 minute "interview" was actually only 10 minutes
Sorry but this company is a JOKE. You have NO digital footprint except your website; no list of client or employee testimonials; no pics or proof of successful past events; are located in a crappy office park with an even crappier office and no information about you or your "events' found on any of the named clients websites or Marketing materials. This is just another fake "marketing" company trying to get people in the door to sign up for crappy positions such as getting people to sign up for newspaper subscriptions and suchlike at major events . If there is anyone who was hired for their posted jobs that was paid the listed salary, worked with the clients they claim to work for and actually succeeded, I'd love to know who they are. If you're a professional looking for a REAL job with a LEGIT PROFESSIONAL company, skip these guys. They're simply a HUGE waste of time.
