After a number of online tests that are unpaid you are told you now have to submit a 2 HOUR video interview BEFORE they will interview you with HR then the CEO. This company wants a ton of unpaid work. They have the most unprofessional hiring practices in I have ever seen. DO NOT APPLY! RUN from this company and never look back.

      Questions d'entretien [1]

      Question 1

They have you take online IQ tests and the questions vary but are mostly math and spatial reasoning which has nothing to do with the role itself.

They had me do assessments (which is typical so that was fine); then they said I needed to do a "written interview." The written interview consisted of creating a video, creating digital marketing from their website info, and answering several questions. They gave 3 days to turn all this in, which can be a bit much for "pre-interview" work for someone who still holds a job elsewhere and is applying for an Admin Assistant position (we're not talking about a Director/Marketing/or Tech position). I made it through that and had a wonderful interview with the COO. Note for potential people interviewing - they want to know what YOU think of the company and what your questions are. There is no room for fluffing your way through that interview. I made it to the final round of interviews with both the CEO and COO. That was a very awkward interview. The CEO asked me the same thing thing from the first Zoom interview and that was "What are my questions?" The thing is - I had already asked my questions and received good answers so I didn't need to re-ask the same thing. Then, the CEO challenged almost everything I said. I got the impression that she has been lied to in the past so she was trying to make sure everything was legit; I can understand that, but after a while she came off a bit abrasive. She started asking generic STAR questions and I was disappointed they didn't have more creative questions. I asked at the end of the interview if they were going to let the final candidates know whether they got the job or not (since they had gone through multiple rounds of testing, project creation, and interviewing for an Admin position) and they said they would let us know. That was a lie. They GHOSTED. This company comes across as pushy with sales (just look at how much is on their email signatures... ) so you'd think they'd understand relationship management better. After all the time they ask candidates to put into the interview process, the least they could've done was let the final 5 candidates know when they decided to go with someone else. It could've been a 1 sentence email, plus they said they would let people know. So overall - they were demanding for the type of job they were interviewing for and did not follow through on their word. Also, they changed the interview times, were late to the interview, and had multiple time zone issues (which should not be a continuous issue with remote jobs...)

      Question 1

The first thing they both asked was, "What questions do you have for us?"
