Drawn out and disappointing. Months of stringing me along with "one more" interview by people who had zero understanding as to how the role fit into the overall organization. Very lovely recruiter, who I felt badly for having to organize this mess.

So can you tell me about yourself (from approximately 20 different people)
I spent a lot of time preparing for the screener interview and was surprised by how many specific strategy questions were asked. To be transparent, I'm not sure how in-depth this person understood the industry. It felt like they just passed my answers along, but didn't know what follow-up questions to ask.

Entretien
A million interviews, lots of phone calls and no clear focus on what they're looking to hire. Nice people who seem to want to do good work. I wish them all well but warn that if you are considering applying, be prepared for DOZENS of interviews scattered across MONTHS.
