When selected for interview you were sent the questions which was good and very forward thinking. Unforuntately though they didn't do one of the questions and did them in a different order to those that were supplied which actually can be rather unsettling and unnerving when they had done so well to give the questions in advance. They could have been a bit warmer in the opening particuarly. There were three interviewers. The process was overall very good. They offered a feedback call after I didn't get the role which was really useful and I appreciated this. They also were very quick in the coming back to you which was thoughtful.
