I was not greeted at all by anyone in the office and it was about 2pm, I had an apointment and sat in the front for about 20 minutes, no one acknowledged my presence or asked if I was being attended to, So just that made me not want to join this company. When I was finally noticed, there was much dialogue about goals, and how to acheive them.
