The interview process for the Director of Photography position consisted of two parts. Initially, I had a remote interview with the Head of Production, focusing on my experience, skill set, and education. Following this, I was invited to the office to set up a mock shoot with one of the managers, allowing them to assess my practical production skills in a real-world setting.
