Very straightforward, first round with recruiter was qualifying phone call. Nothing out of left field. Second round on-site, with a few managers. Also very easy. Very friendly, just looking for personality and motivation more probably

I had a Zoom meeting with HR of The judge Group and it was with proper two way communication. and I had a clear communication with him which also helped me to understand and convey my messages
