J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez The Judge Group (Columbus, OH) en mars 2021
Entretien
I reached out to an old contact where I expressed interest in the opening they had. We spent some time over the phone, and then he directed me to take the Predictive Assessment Index. Completed this, and was then moved towards the next stage in speaking with a high ranking member of recruiting in the Columbus office.
The chat was good, and I was told I'd hear about next steps within the week. A week passed, and I heard nothing. Sent a message to the contact of whom I reached out to first on LinkedIn to request an update, he never responded. Very poor etiquette, especially as he's always on LinkedIn. More I read, I probably dodged a bullet but it would have been nice to be treated with respect and transparency.
they conducted a couple rounds of interviews. the questions that they asked me focused around / about my prior recruiting background and went over my resume. asked how i source candidates. pretty average recruiting interview.

what is a challenge you've faced when trying to fill a role that's taking longer than expected
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez The Judge Group (Philadelphia, PA) en mars 2023

Judge Offices are a very professional environment. The interview happened in a timely manor. Everyone was very nice, and the interview worked as a two part interview. First one was with the Team Lead, and next with the VP.
Initial phone interview to gather basic information and work history followed by in-person interview with the hiring manager. This was a fairly standard process and focused mostly on work history and transferable experience.
