One phone interview and one in person. Felt casual and low pressure. When you do the in person interview they have you talk to a few recruiters on the team to get an idea of the culture and the role. Everyone is very friendly.

My interview with Judge Group was horrible, the recruiter I dealt with was very flaky. We would make confirmations for phone interviews which needed to be rescheduled about 5 times because he failed to call me or even email me until two days later. Once we finally had the phone interview he wanted me to come in for the interview at the Center City office in Philadelphia. We picked a date and time and it was confirmed but then they needed to reschedule with very short notice, about 3 times. The interview went well, meet with about 7 people, very long. They want one thing and one thing only from you. They want to make sure you are money hungry. Seems like you work 80 hours a week to make loads of money and not be able to enjoy it. After the interview the recruiter I was dealing with said he would call with feedback that following Monday, I never heard from him. Most recruiters even if you're not going to get hired put some time aside to call and give feedback. Hope they learn to invest more in people. Working off commission you think they would try a little harder.
