Generally there are two interviews. one from the local district manager and one from the COO John Manes. The questions are basically to determine which property you would be suited for. John can seem to be a bully but in fact he is clueless. It's mostly a "good ol' boys club".

Easy and laid back. Supervisor was professional and informative. Gave salary upfront. Discussed bonus structure and expectations. Provided all necessary information so that I could make an informed decision. Left the interview feeling good about the prospect.
