The interviewing process was either one on one, or group panel format. All the questions were very basic; either regarding past experiences, skill set currently possessed, or general textbook HR interview questions that could be asked regardless of industry. Interview portrayed a great place to work with competitive salaries and work-life balance to lure the job seeker in. And then you sign on the dotted line and reality eclipses those portrayals.
