The person interviewing me knew exactly what he wanted in a potential employee. He wanted to know why I was interested in the company, told me what was expected as well as told me about how the company works. And the last half and a good chunk of the conversation was me asking questions. Definitely should be prepared with questions about their company. And even though I had a lot of questions, he seemed to gladly answer and clarify all questions I had.

Question 1
Why choose/ what interested you about Jackson Clinic?
Comfortable, more like a conversation that an interrogation. There were 2 interviews and then some shadowing at the clinic that I would be potentially working at. There the staff were friendly and I was able to float around to ask other people questions. Would highly recommend shadowing prior to start, especially as a student.
