When you are preparing for your interview the biggest tip to give is : BE YOURSELF, BE HONEST , and BE PREPARED.
In the 50 word minimum to be exact, I came into the center and was asked to take a typing test along with other candidates. After the highest scoring candidates where chosen they were invited to do the interview. The Interview includes about 4- 5 people to be exact. You are interviewed with 2 people, then one, then the last person. So The Home Depot definitely spends time to fill you out, if you don't pass the interview you will not proceed to a second interview in the same setting.

easy, straight forward. over the phone interview and offered position same day. asked questions about availability and office space to put equipment. asked about general customer service scenario questions. asked about dealing with difficult customers.
Everything went as expected. Wasn’t nervous at all . They follow up very quickly . Make sure to be yourself and answer with confidence! They made me feel as if I was already apart of the company
