The interview process was fairly strait forward. Got an email from the recruiter to schedule a 30 min phone call with hiring manager. It was standard background informational chat and a bit about the role itself. A week later I got called back for a onsite for an hour.
First and foremost, their receptionist is RUDE!
The first half with hiring manager was awkward and felt like an interrogation. Since we already spoke on the phone, the face to face was a series of mind test. For a non senior position, I was shocked to have been subjected to 3 tests and made me feel uncomfortable. Wasn't sure how it relates to the role (ex: the weighted ball question) 15 minutes into the interview I knew it wasn't the right role for me. If the interview was this stressful, imagine what working for them felt like. I pulled out of contention after the interview and before I got anymore communication about the role.

There were four rounds of interviews which were a recruiter call, behavioral interview, case interview (the behavioral and case were in one call), FIT interview. The entire process lasted roughly 6 weeks in total.

I went in unprepared. I was currently employed and had just changed to a better position with my then current employer. The interview process was fair, I just put forth my normal effort to prepare for the interview. I wasn't excited to relocate to Atlanta.

Too long process with very generic JD and no clear understanding till end on what will you be working; but the overall interview was easy with behavioral questions and case study
