There was no formal interview, the company was very slow so I called and went into the location multiple times and the whole process still took about a month. I was asked availability, did a background check and was hired shortly after.

easy, straight forward. over the phone interview and offered position same day. asked questions about availability and office space to put equipment. asked about general customer service scenario questions. asked about dealing with difficult customers.
Everything went as expected. Wasn’t nervous at all . They follow up very quickly . Make sure to be yourself and answer with confidence! They made me feel as if I was already apart of the company
