The interview process was pretty easy. A lot of the questions were straight to the point- like, "tell me about yourself," (scenario question) "how would you handle a situation where the client lost their patience," strengths and weaknesses, etc,

Very easy - basically questions are mostly on availability. They want to have enough people, especially on weekends. Important to show experience in customer service. Also cashier experience is a plus.

They call you and do a phone interview and then they get in the interview and ask you basic question about the position at hand. Like able to lift, read, explain, solve their issue on any DIY projects they're doing
