Make sure you place your answer around the customer being first and how you are able to resolve customer issue. The interview did not take too long. Make sure you are able to provide examples for any answer you give then you will be sure to get the job. Dress professionally for the interview

First ,I was sent an assessment. If you pass the assessment then you got a phone interview. The third process with me interviewing in person. I received a job offer that same day. The job offer was rescinded the next week with no clear explanation. The recruiter apologized and asked was I open two other positions that started at a later date.It left a bad taste in my mouth with the inconsistency and unprofessionalism of such a major corporation!

Basic interview questions. HR greets you at the door then takes you to the hiring manager. Interview questions were basic ones. Tell me about a time, what did you do..STAR format
